Founded in 2019, OTM launched in Kenya with the sole aim of bringing quality products to Africa’s informal sector, affordably.
The biggest challenge in doing this was enhancing the flow of critical information and trust through the supply chain. This, according to us, was a challenge that could only be overcome by technology.
We set about building a robust suite of applications that would enhance this flow of information by providing enterprise level tools to traders at each level of the informal sector.
These tools would typically run organizations hundreds of thousands of dollars. We offer them for free. Along with our now critical mass of partners, OTM is ready to embrace the bright future of informal trade in Africa.
